Adopting a Beagle     

You can be pre-approved for an adoption even if we don’t have a suitable dog for you at this time or if you are looking to adopt in the  future. All adoptions will follow this process:

1.      Download "Adoption Application" form or "Fostering Application" and complete. If you cannot download forms, call our rescue hotline at 503-715-0965 and leave your name and mailing address. A packet will be sent to you. Be sure you sign the application! Forms available on line:

2.     Mail completed application to: Click on 'Contact Info' above for address.

3.     A representative from Beagle Rescue will contact you to set up a telephone interview and to set an appointment for an in-home check.

4.     After your application has been processed and approved you will be placed on a waiting list to adopt a Beagle. You will be presented with detailed information and photos of Beagles taken into our program. With our assistance you will be matched with a new addition to your family!

5.     POST ADOPTION SERVICES: Columbia-Willamette Beagle Club has many members with vast knowledge in all areas concerning Beagles. Our Rescue Support Team will be available to answer questions and to guide you as you introduce your new Beagle to your life!
