~ ~ Policy & Procedures ~ ~

There are only 10 RV spots available at the Red Lion at the Quay for the
CWBC & NBC Specialty in 2010
To maximum the use of these 10 spaces, we have instituted the following
policies and procedures:

 ~ Basic Information Dictated by the Hotel ~

The maximum RV length is 35 feet long

 There is no power or dumping for RV's

Placement of RV is totally at the discretion of the Quay
They will tell us where the RV will park

 ~ Reserving an RV Space ~

To reserve an RV space, you must do the following:

1.  Complete an RV reservation form
(Word Format)  (PDF Format)

2.  Send the completed RV reservation form and a check for $240
(add $40 per night for each night over 6) payable to CWBC to:

All reservations are due by September 1, 2010

As of 1 February 2010
There are 8 remaining RV spaces

 Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis

Gary will contact people, preferably by e-mail, to tell them the status of their reservation

 If we receive more than 10 reservations, we will start a waiting list

The checks of the first 10 people to reserve will be cashed
Checks from people after the first 10 reservations will be held

  ~ Minimum 6 Night Reservation ~

Until further notice, only reservations for at least 6 nights will be accepted.
The 6 nights will be: Sunday, October 3; Monday, October 4; Tuesday, October 5; Wednesday, October 6; Thursday, October 7; and Friday, October 8

People who wish to arrive before Sunday and/or stay after Friday night, need to indicate this on the reservation form and include an additional $40 per night with their reservation

 ~ Cancellation of Reservations  ~

Paid reservations WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless we can fill the reserved space.
If someone with a confirmed reservation cancels, Gary will contact the first person
on the waiting list
If that person still wants an RV spot, we will cash their check
Once their check is cleared, we will refund the money of the person
who canceled their reservation
If we cannot fill the space, the full amount of the reserved space will be forfeit

 ~ Booking a Room at the Hotel and Parking An RV ~

People who book a room at The Red Lion at the Quay ($99/night single or double)
may park their RV for free each night they lodge at the hotel
This will not affect the 10 RV spots

Do not contact Gary if you have an RV and are booking a room at the hotel

~ Alternative RV Parking ~

There is an RV Park with full facilities located about 2.5 miles from the show site
You might want to consider using this facility if you have other transportation
to and from the show site
