Membership dues are payable on or before 1 October.  Current members can use the renewal form ~> Word format  or PDF format.

       If you would like to become a member of the CWBC, follow these simple guidelines:

1. Review and understand the CWBC Code of Ethics.

2. Review and understand the CWBC Constitution and By-Laws.

3. Complete and sign the CBWC Application.  (Word Format)

4. Sign a copy of the Code of Ethics within the Application. It must be signed by all adults within the family who are applying for membership.

5. Get two CWBC Members, in good standing, to sign the Application as personal references. If this is not possible due to not knowing any current members, it may be advisable to come to a monthly meeting or two to introduce you and your family.
